Description

The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide Watercraft Liability Insurance for vessels “owned, operated, maintained or controlled by the department, and of persons while riding in or upon such vessels,” as well as insurance coverage “necessary for the protection of persons engaged in conducting an approved boater safety education course of instruction against any liability for injuries or damages arising from the conducting of such course by such persons.”
