Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor t o provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform tree planting work. Since the work requires specialized expertise, it is to be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from arboricultural or landscape work, and whose employees are trained and skilled in all phases of tree planting. Work performance history and references may be required by the City. This contract is for labor only: City to provide plant material. Trees are purchased from various nurseries, and the City does not control digging and balling techniques. All Bids must be received through IonWave.
