Scope of Services
This Request for Proposals is to obtain bids from interested, qualified firms licensed to do business in the State of Florida, offering to provide Broker Services, Medical, Dental, Vision, Firefighter Cancer, and Life Insurance in accordance with the specifications stated and/or attached herein/hereto.
The City of Holly Hill will contract with a firm experienced in the placement and servicing of its employee benefit insurance program. This insurance program includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Firefighter Cancer, and Life employee insurance coverages along with Broker Services.
