Request for Proposal RFP #2024 - Emergency T. Mann	Glades County is seeking bid proposals for the removal/abandonment of an existing septic tank as well as connecting a sewer line to local water or sewer authority for the property located at 685 Avenue E, Moore Haven, Florida. Scope of Work Each Responder shall submit in an enclosed and secured envelope or package of the RFP, one FULL document with all pages including write up clearly marked as “Original”, and six (6) clearly marked as “copies” of just the write up. The Responder shall clearly mark and display the Responder’s name and address, as well as the RFP number on the outside of the envelope/package. Glades County shall not be responsible for unidentified responses. Responses shall be addressed to: Community Development/SHIP Office 198 Sixth Street, SW P.O. Box 1527 Moore Haven, FL 33471 Hand delivered responses should be delivered to the same above-referenced address.	Sealed Bid	Each Responder shall submit their response to the SHIP Office no later December 4, 20255:00 p.m. EST at which time all responses will be opened and only the names of the Responders will be announced.
