NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tupelo, Mississippi will receive written sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. local time on Friday, December 6, 2024 at the Purchasing Office, City Hall 1st Floor, 71 East Troy Street, Tupelo, Mississippi, 38804 for the furnishing of all labor and materials and for the construction of the certain Project designated as the “CURED-INPLACE PIPE DRAINGE IMPROVEMENTS”, Bid No. 2024-059PW, with Contract Documents and Specifications being on file at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Tupelo, Mississippi. Electronic bids will be received until the specified date and time via online submission through www.tupelomsbids.com .

Bids are related to the construction of proposed drainage system improvements to include the cured-in-place epoxy lining of various sizes of existing drainage pipe. The proposed project is comprised of multiple drainage pipe locations that are all located within the City of Tupelo, Mississippi. The Project includes any preparation and work required to install cured-in-place pipe lining inside existing drainage pipes as required in the specifications and contract documents. The Project shall make provisions for all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide the improvements as defined in the Proposal document and as represented in the Project Drawings, General Conditions of Work and Technical Specifications as set forth in the Contract Documents.

The total Contract Time shall not exceed 180 consecutive calendar days.

This project may be supported in whole or in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), federal award number SLFR2621 awarded to CITY OF TUPELO by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and also through funds made available to the State of Mississippi pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 by the US Department of the Treasury under Federal Award # SLFRP0003 and CDFA No. 21.027.
