Auction fees:                            3.5% Buyer’s Premium Commission, 4.5 % County Commission to Auctioneer. Seller understands that the Auction Company will be charging a 2.5% Internet Service Fee and (which is payable by the buyer to the Auction Company) and it will be retained by USGovBid/Auction Liquidation Services.

Method of Payment:                 Cashier’s Check and Money Order made payable to U.S. GovBid, or may be made by wire transfer. Payments shall be received twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of invoice.

Terms:                                     Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of winning the bid and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises.

Possession:                              The removal shall be completed within four (4) business days from the Pick-Up Date of November 3,2025 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. “NO EXCEPTIONS”. The deadline for removal is November 10,2025. County Offices are closed November 4, 2025.

Minimum Bid:                          Subject to County Confirmation.
