Proposals shall be submitted on the required forms, in a sealed container labeledCustodial, Grounds and Management Services Contract and delivered to the Office of the BusinessAdministrator as provided below:Monroe Township Board of EducationAttn: JoAnn Matienko, Acting Business Administrator128 Saybrook AvenueWilliamstown, NJ 08094The Board assumes no responsibility for proposals that are improperly mailed or misdirected.All interested Proposers are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference and tour to be held on February 25,2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Administration Building, 128 Saybrook Avenue, Williamstown, NJ 08094. Attendance isstrongly recommended. No other walk-through will be permitted. Please note proposers are restricted to no morethan two people attending. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Failure to attend does notrelieve the Proposer of any obligations or requirements. Prior to and after the pre-proposal conference, no oralinterpretation will be made to any company regarding the meaning of the specifications. A tour of buildings will beoffered immediately following the conclusion of the pre-proposal conference.Upon release of this Request for Proposals (RFP), all Proposer communications concerning this information requestmust be directed in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 27, 2026, to the Business Administrator. Anylobbying regarding this RFP with any elected, appointed official or employee of the school district can and shallresult in disqualification. Thecontract will be awarded to the Proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the District,price and other factors considered. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the Competitive Contractingprovisions of the Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1 et seq. The Monroe Township Board ofEducation reserves the right to reject all Proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A 18A:18A-22 and to accept or waiveminor informalities or non-material deviations at its discretion, as permitted under the law. All interested Proposersare required to comply with the anti-discrimination provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 et seq., the requirements ofAffirmative Action under N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
