Work to include renovations of office space, including demolition of stud walls, doors, windows, and finishes. New carpentry and casework, doors, windows, finishes, mechanical, and electrical. Minor new construction and masonry. Limited asphalt shingle roofing, fascia, and gutters.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with Instruction to Bidders. Sealed Bids will be received by the Owner until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the Township Hall, 6524 N. Seymour Rd, Flushing, MI 48433. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the 3:00 pm deadline. The Owner will not open or accept a Bid Proposal that is received after the date and time specified in this Advertisement for Bids.
A voluntary pre-bid conference will be conducted for Prime Bidders and other interested parties at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Bidders shall assemble at the Township Hall.
Drawings and specifications may be obtained in printed format at Arc Document Solutions, 8226 Embury Rd. Grand Blanc, MI, (810) 695-9500, www.e-arc.com. Documents are also hosted by The Builders Exchange of Michigan, www.grbx.com . Bidders may also obtain digital documents from H2A Architects.
Bid security, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal, must accompany each bid in the form of a Bid Bond (certified check acceptable). Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder. Liquidated damages shall apply if project is not substantially complete within (120) calendar days.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all Bids.
