SCOPE OF SOLICITATIONRichland County School District One is soliciting a fixed price bid from qualified contractors toprovide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the removal,replacement and installation of a generator located at Keenan High School.MAXIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD – ESTIMATEDStart date: July 1, 2026 End date: August 31, 2026.Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in thenotice of award.GENERAL INFORMATION: Richland County School District One. (c) If this solicitation is amended, then all terms and conditions which are notmodified remain unchanged.AUTHORIZED AGENT: All authority regarding this procurement is vested solely with theresponsible Procurement Officer. Unless specifically delegated in writing, the ProcurementOfficer is the only District official authorized to bind the District with regard to this procurementor the resulting contract.AWARD NOTIFICATION: Notice regarding any award, cancellation of award, or extension ofaward will be posted at the location specified on the Cover Page. If the contract resulting fromthis Solicitation has a total or potential value in excess of fifty thousand dollars, in addition tothe posted notice, notice of intended award will be sent to all Contractors responding to theSolicitation. Any award resulting from this Solicitation will not be effective until the eleventh dayafter such notice is given.
