Project Description: The City of St. George is requesting proposals for a comprehensive upgrade to the mechanical system serving the St. George Art Museum. This project includes the removal of the existing direct expansion (DX) air handling system and associated equipment, and the installation of a new hydronic heating and cooling system consisting of a heat pump chiller, a hydronic air handler, and a high-efficiency condensing boiler.
The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all SUBMISSIONS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
