    Prospective Bidders / Contractor Representatives
    1. Meeting Purpose

proposal expectations, discuss work order processes, and address contractor
    questions prior to bid submission.
    2. Bid Submission Requirements
Bidders must be pre-qualified as a Prime or Bidder with the NCDOT Directory of Firms.
The entire proposal package must be printed and submitted, including all addenda.

This is a single-award IDIQ contract.
    3. Proposal Forms (S-Pages and T-Pages)
S-Pages must include completed Non-Collusion, Debarment, and Gift Ban Certification
forms with required signatures and corporate seal.
T-Pages require unit prices for all items written in ink. Corrections must be single-lined,
    initialed, and rewritten.
    Unbalanced bids are not permitted.
All math must be accurate and contractor information must be completed at the
    bottom of the T-Pages.

Increased use of 4-inch square posts is anticipated for maintenance efficiency.

    8. Invoicing Requirements
Contractors must submit formal invoices, typically one per work order.
Some work orders may require additional breakdowns based on funding sources.
    9. Additional Information
