Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes installation of well and septic services to a single residence in Tetlin, Alaska. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with well and septic system installations.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be less than $350,000.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of September 15, 2026 and final completion date of September 30, 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of all tasks, including Additive Alternates, listed on the Quote Form
