NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, MT is requesting separate sealed bids for:

City of Bozeman – Manley Ditch Rehabilitation

The City of Bozeman will receive online electronic sealed Bids for Construction of the City of Bozeman – Manley Ditch Rehabilitation until 2:30 p.m. (local time), Thursday, January 9 th , 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

Project generally includes, but is not limited to the following:

The City of Bozeman Manley Ditch Rehabilitation project will consist of re-establishing the Manley

Ditch and City of Bozeman’s northeast stormwater outfall. The project includes approximately 2,400 feet of open channel stormwater ditching and bioswales, drop structures, 227 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe, concrete weirs, access roads, trail resurfacing, and riprap reinforcement. The proposed project will be completed within BNSF railroad, MDT, and City of Bozeman right-of-way, and crossing various utility easements and agency permitting established by the City of Bozeman.

For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to becoming a Planholder. Project bid documents and addenda must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding, for the submittal of your bid. QuestCDN may be located using the link in the left-hand navigation menu on the City of Bozeman’s Bids\RFPs\RFQs page or at www.bozeman.net/QuestCDN. The specific project can be found by referencing the Quest Number: 9433569. Plans may be downloaded for a non-refundable charge of $22.00. Bidders will be charged an additional fee of $42.00 to submit a bid electronically. There will be an optional prebid conference on Friday, January 3 rd , 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the City Stormwater Office located at 7 East Beall Street, Suite 100. The prebid conference can also be attended remotely via MS Teams upon request to rsmith@bozeman.net
