Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from a qualified Consultant to perform comprehensive Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services during the construction of the Evergreen Mills Road, Watson Road, and Reservoir Road Intersection Improvements (“Project”).
