NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract COMMUNICATIONS &
MARKETING SERVICES FOR WIOA 26-088-WIOA or before October 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation
documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or
at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the
table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm
receipt of its submission.

Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Workforce Development Division (“workNet DuPage”) is seeking qualified
proposals to provide Communications and Marketing Services. The awarded bidder shall provide services
outlined in the Scope of Services in coordination with WIOA designated contract manager. Final priorities
and production volume shall be established through an approved communications plan, work plan, or task
authorization.
