Description: The City of Webster Groves invites qualified architectural and engineering firms to submit proposals for a comprehensive Architectural and Structural Assessment of its historic city hall/public safety building. The City seeks a full evaluation of the building to determine necessary improvements for ADA compliance, life safety, security, and space utilization, with the goal of ensuring the facility meets current and future operational needs while preserving its architectural character.
