Firearm Buy-Back

The City of Broken Arrow is inviting proposals from Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) vendors to provide compensation for decommissioned firearms through a store credit system. This credit will be used for the purchase of Sionic Rifles, Patrol Rifle Aimpoint Pros, suppressors (manufacturers: Yankee Hill, Huxwrx, Sionics, or SilencerCo), Glock 45 MOS factory packages with Aimpoint Acro and co-witness sights, and accompanying equipment. The successful vendor will enter into an annual agreement with the City of Broken Arrow, effective from the date of City Council award through June 30, 2025, with potential extensions granted by the City Council.

If you or your firm is interested in participating in the solicitation and review process, please submit a copy of your bid, including a description of your services and fees and return to the City of Broken Arrow Purchasing Division, 1700 West Detroit, Broken Arrow Ok. 74012 (East Building) on or before 10:30am CST, Tuesday, December 31st, 2024. Bid REVIEW will be on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, at 11:00am CST at the Broken Arrow Purchasing Office 1700 West Detroit, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Late bids will not be considered.
