Description: Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, sealed bids will be received by the Town of Apex for the furnishing of all materials and construction of the Big Branch 2 Pump Station Project. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Big Branch 2 Pump Station Project will be received by The Town of Apex, at the Water Resources Administration Building in the main conference room, 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, North Carolina, 27502 until 2:00 P.M. local time on July 29th, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Town Project consists of the construction of the Big Branch 2 Pump Station and its associated appurtenances.
