Title: Architectural Selection for the Sparks High School Modernization Project

Scope of Work/Services:

The Washoe County School District is soliciting architectural firms for the Sparks High School Modernization Project. The services will be provided in two (2) phases. Phase 1 shall include programming, feasibility, and concept design while Phase 2 will consist of full architecture/engineering design services in collaboration with a Construction Manager at Risk.

Proposals will be opened publicly via a TEAMS meeting on December 17, 2025 at 2:30 pm (local time):
