Notes	The City of Pompano Beach (the “City”) is interested in receiving proposals in response to the attached RFP for As-Needed HVAC Repair and Maintenance. Proposers must be registered on the City’s eBid System to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. Proposals must bear the electronic signature of an authorized officer of the Proposer who is legally authorized to enter into a contractual relationship in the Proposer's name. THE CITY will consider the submittal of a proposal as constituting an offer by the Proposer to perform the required services at the prices stated herein.
