Bid Opening will take place at the Bid Express website. There will not be a Public Opening.

MANDATORY Prebid Meeting: January 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST — LOCATION: Grand River Energy Center TSE Building (8142 Hwy 412B Chouteau, OK 74337). Visitors will check in at South Gate Entrance for escort to TSE Building.

Bids will NOT be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the mandatory prebid meeting.

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until 16 January, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. Questions will not be answered via Phone, Fax, or Email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals must be submitted through Bid Express. Go to www.bidexpress.com look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 6091. You must be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP. There is a $50.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Fax, or Email.
