Project ObjectivesPhase 3 of the 37th St. Widening Project consists of constructing the section ofroadway approximately 0.2 miles west of the intersection with 65th Ave. toapproximately 0.35 miles east of the intersection for a total length of 0.55 miles. Inthis section, the intersection of 37th St. and 65th Ave. will have to be modified in orderto accommodate the widening of 37th St. and the expected growth rate for traffic atthis intersection.II. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAll companies submitting a response must be a qualified company and must beable to meet all requirements as noted in the contract documents andspecifications. The consulting firm shall agree not to refuse to hire, discharge,promote, demote or to discriminate in matters of compensation against anyperson otherwise qualified, solely because of race, religion, creed, color, sex,national origin, ancestry, or physical or mental disability.III.
