Description: The Town of Yarmouth is requesting sealed bids for Well Cleaning and Redevelopment Services for five (5) wells, with on-call emergency repairs for a one-year term, and options to renew up to two additional one-year periods. Bid documents are available on the Town’s website at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx Sealed bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on October 1, 2025, at the Town Administrator’s Office, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, and must be clearly marked “BID ENCLOSED – WELL CLEANING AND RECONDITIONING.” Bid security of 5% is required. Payment Bond (50%) and Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Procurement is conducted under M.G.L. c.30, §39M.
