Project Description: This purpose of this pre-solicitation effort is to prequalify contractors for the City’s Water, Stormwater, and Stormwater Lining related construction efforts for all projects not exceeding $2,000,000. This pre-qualified pool of contractors will be the only contractors who can submit offers for the upcoming Water, Stormwater, and Stormwater Lining Projects that require Prequalification. Prequalification Letters will be issued for three (3) years with renewal for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, unless sooner terminated as permitted herein.
