Notes	Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting proposals for football helmet reconditioning and recertification for five (5) high schools, three (3) 9th grade campuses, two (2) 9th and 10th grade campuses, and fifteen (15) middle schools. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. The evaluation criteria of incomplete proposals will be impacted by missing or incomplete information. The RFP #3318-25 Helmet Reconditioning and Recertification shall be awarded at District discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District. The initial term of this proposal shall be from August 2025 - July 2027 . There will be two (2) successive renewal options, each consisting of a two (2) year term, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees. Initial Anticipated Contract Term: August 2025 - July 2027 Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: August 2027 - July 2029 Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: August 2029 - July 2031
