Sale, Delivery, Set-Up, and Training for Portable Ice Rink

Offeror Responsibilities (Provide turn key ice rink)

1. Project management to include installation, maintenance, removal and storage of ice rink and equipment
2. Supervision and general labor of set up, maintenance and removal.
3. Professional installation of all the foregoing by competent technicians holding the appropriate licenses and certifications, as well as transportation and freight to and from the location of all equipment and supplies.
4. Holiday Lights Decorations provide installation, maintenance and removal of holiday lighting and decorations at the Ice Rink area
5. Day-to-day management and operational staffing of the rink, including points of sale, skate rental functions, assist with the marketing and consulting of the ice rink, safety monitor function and maintenance of ice rink.
6. The Contractor shall provide and properly supervise all personnel required to safely operate and maintain the rink. Offerors are required to provide Day-to-day management of the rink these services.
7. Additional Items Upon reasonable notice, Dona Ana County may require the operator to provide additional items necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the ice rink.
8. Insurance Requirements: Ensure that the Proposer provides adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the project.
9. Safety Protocols: Specify safety measures and protocols that must be followed during setup, operation, and teardown.
10. Environmental Considerations: Include any environmental considerations or regulations that must be adhered to.
11. Community Engagement: Consider including requirements for community outreach or engagement activities during the ice rink operation
