Requires roadway excavation, planing bituminous pavement, clearing and grubbing, grading, paving, textured and pigmented cement concrete pavement, various curbing, pedestrian facilities, temporary and permanent illumination systems, permanent signing, stormwater facilities, retaining wall, guardrail, project surveying, plastic and temporary striping, roadside restoration, traffic control and other work. 130 working days. Involves 90 items. Work class 1 - clearing, grubbing, grading and draining and work class 4 - asphalt concrete paving.
