Description:	Improve a north-south alley in the Pettit-Rudisill Neighborhood Association bounded by McKinnie Ave to the south, Baxter St to the north, Oliver St to the west and Bowser Ave to the east. The existing 12' wide alley and approaches will be removed and replaced with a 12' wide concrete alley, new concrete approaches at McKinnie Ave & Baxter St, 5' concrete sidewalk along McKinnie Ave, and residential drive approaches where needed. Minor stormwater adjustments along with curb and parkstrip restoration are included with this project as well.
