Notes	Lewisville Independent School District is accepting proposals for a reading and math assessment and intervention software program solution to provide an efficient and effective diagnostic tool, that comes with a robust instructional support system for responding to student achievement data. The District has 34 elementary schools serving a student population of approximately 16,000 with a dedicated LISD staff of 3000. Texas House Bill 3 requires that School Boards develop and post early childhood literacy and math proficiency plans that set specific annual goals for all students and identified student groups. This platform would serve as LISD's tool for assessing students in reading and math for HB3 reporting. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. RFP #3310-25 Reading and Math Assessment and Intervention Software will be awarded at the District discretion. This may include multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or may award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to the District. LISD may also award to a primary and secondary Proposer(s). If awarded, the initial term of this proposal shall be from May 2025 - May 2027. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term. Initial Contract Term: May 2025 - May 2027 Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: May 2027 - May 2029 Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: May 2029 - May 2031
