The Bidder shall submit a comprehensive rate card

listing all labor roles, vehicles, tools, equipment,

and any other resources the Bidder has and plans to

deploy throughout the contract term, ensuring inclusion

of all resources that may be required for future

removal requests. Please use the example rate card

provided in the solicitation attachments when

submitting your rate card. Please see Section F of the

Specifications for more details.

The Bidder shall prepare a unique work order for each

removal occurrence (6 total) including use of rate card

resources and any items referenced in section H.4. An

example work order template is included in the

solicitation materials for reference. Please use the

example work order template when submitting your work

orders for each example location. Your total price for

each example work order shall match the total cost you

provide for the corresponding line item in the

solicitation.
