Notes	Tarrant County is requesting bid for a Guardrail and Fence Installation at Tinsley Lane. This bid is for material and installation. Bidders must include all costs for services in the line item pricing. The pricing is to be "fully loaded" to include labor, delivery, freight, transport, handling, assembly, placement, and installation at a minimum. The bid will be awarded to the lowest priced vendor who can meet our specifications. Bidder must price every item. It is Tarrant County's intent to award to one primary vendor. NOTE: This bid requires a payment bond and a performance bond. An electronic copy of these bonds must be sent to Tarrant County within forty-eight (48) hours of notification of intent to award.
