Bid Title: 2026 Cured In Place Project
Category: Water and Sewer Department Status: Open Description: Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 11, 2026, for the 2026 Cured-In-Place (CIPP) Project. This project consists of installing approximately 7,294 L.F. of 8” cured-in-place gravity sewer, 1,100 L.F. of 6” gravity sewer replacement, and the installation/rehabilitation of approximately 71 sewer services using methods of CIPP and dig and replace.

Bids shall also be accompanied by an affidavit of a drug-free workplace as required by T.C.A. 50-9-113 and as detailed in the Instructions for Bidders.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, each Bond.
All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type construction herein described as required by Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 6, “The Contractors Licensing Act of 1994” as amended.Miscellaneous: The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest of the City, and in the event all bids are rejected, the project may be re-advertised.
