Project Involves Design Proposals From Design Consultants Type of Facility Municipal/Government Posted in NY Location along Main Street in the City of Buffalo Estimate $100,000.00 Description The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) owner and operator of the NFTA-Metro, invites interested Consultants to submit a technical proposal that have the requisite, demonstrable competence and experience in engineering services for the design, construction monitoring, and design support services during construction for the planned “Fastener & Pad Replacement Phase 13” project. The design services scope of work consists of preparing construction bid documents for the removal and replacement of deteriorated direct fixation fasteners (DFFs), worn rail segments, and damaged Type TM floating slab panels within a specific section of the NFTA-Metro Rail tunnel system. This project is part of NFTA’s multi-phase rail infrastructure modernization program and is funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
