Description: Sealed bids in response to Invitation to Bid No. 25-01 George Wilson Center Improvements will be received by the Purchasing Division (220 South Main Street; Newark, Delaware 19711) until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter. Prevailing wage rates apply to this project. All contractors and subcontractors performing work covered by this contract must pay their workers the State of Delaware prevailing wages and fringe benefits determinations for the classifications.
