Description:	Improve Vance Avenue from Hobson Rd. to Sherborne Blvd. This project will improve vehicle traffic by replacing deteriorated concrete pavement, milling the existing surface, and applying a watertight road fabric beneath 3.5 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) in multiple lifts. Replacing deteriorated sidewalk, adding ADA Curb ramps, restoration and updating traffic striping.
