No award will be made as bidding is to establish prices only.  The County reserves the right to purchase material from the most economical source.  Location of material and job site, as well as any other pertinent factors, will be taken into consideration. CRACK & FOG SEAL MATERIALS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Ottawa County

Commissioners at their offices in the Court House, 315 Madison Street, Port Clinton,

Ohio 43452 until 11:00 A.M., Local Time, February 5, 2026 for SUPPLYING

RUBBERIZED CRACK & FOG SEAL MATERIALS in accordance with the forms

and specifications on file in the office of the Ottawa County Engineer. The documents

may be obtained at the Ottawa County Engineer’s website at

https://www.co.ottawa.oh.us/Bids.aspx?CatID=19&txtSort=Category&showAllBids=&St

atus=open at the Ottawa County Engineers Office at 8247 West State Route #163, Oak

Harbor, Ohio 43449, or by calling (419) 734-6777, and submitting payment as may be

required.

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 307.87 this shall serve as notification that

this notice is available on Ottawa County’s internet web site on the world wide web by

logging onto www.co.ottawa.oh.us and going to the legal notices/bids link – click on

main page and you will be able to view the notice in PDF format.

Bids must be sealed and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the

bidder and the item bid upon. No award will be made as bidding is to establish prices

only. The County reserves the right to purchase material from the most economical

source. Location of material and job site, as well as any other pertinent factors, will be

taken into consideration.

Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the County. Each Proposal must

contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons

interested therein.

The County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any

irregularities in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the judgment of proper officials is to

be in the best interest of the County.
