The contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, Third Floor, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York 13901. Copies may be obtained upon deposit of $50.00 (check or money order), payable to the City of Binghamton) per set, to be refunded upon return of sets in good condition within 30 days of award of contract.
