ADDITION & RENOVATIONS TO FIRE STATION 140

Sealed bids addressed to the Town of Tolland for Addition & Renovations to Fire Station 140, 64 Crystal Lake Road, Tolland, CT will be received at the Office of the Town Manager, 21 Tolland Green, Tolland, CT, until 2:00 p.m., local time on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Complete bid documents can be viewed and ordered through Advanced Reprographics, Plainville, CT. For viewing: Visit www.advancedrepro.net, (select “Planroom”; select “Public Jobs”). A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:00am at Fire Station 140. All bidders are encouraged to attend. This contract is subject to Department of Labor, Prevailing Wage Rates and state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals.
