- RFI The purpose of this RFI is to assess market interest, identify vendor capabilities, and better understand potential participation in a statewide or regionally awarded contract. Vendor input received through this RFI will help DES refine scope, evaluate service models, and shape any subsequent competitive solicitation. Interested vendors are invited to complete the linked Microsoft Survey to provide their perspectives and indicate their level of interest.
