795 Skyway Road Building Replacement Project (AS033)

The Department of Public Works (Department) is seeking a contractor for the 795 Skyway Road Building Replacement Project (Project). The existing building at 795 Skyway Road is a 7,977sf type V-B construction facility which houses tenant spaces sharing a central restroom area and having one interior restroom area for a single suite. The original building along with its mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and fixtures will be demolished in its entirety. The new 795 Skyway Road building is a 12,592sf building of Type II-B construction which houses business occupancy and a small are of classroom space. The overall space is divided into (5) tenant suites.

The solicitation closes on March 2, 2026 at 2:00pm. All Bids must be received by the due date and time at the County Executive Office - Reception Area, 500 County Center, 5th Floor, Redwood City, CA 94063
