The Town of Wolcott is requesting qualifications and proposals for Architectural, Engineering and Construction Services for Elevator Replacement at Wolcott Town Hall. There will be a MANDATORY site visit on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 9:00 am at Wolcott Town Hall, 10 Kenea Ave., Wolcott, CT 06716. The requirements of the project are outlined in greater detail under Exhibit A, Scope of Services in the RFQ and RFP.
