Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for one (1) Motor Grader. A complete set of bid specifications may be obtained at the Seward County Clerk’s Office in the County Administration Building or the Seward County Road & Bridge in Liberal, Kansas.  Bids should reflect a price with trade-in.  Any questions regarding the specifications shall be addressed to Marc Johnson at (620 626-3347). Sealed bids will be received at the County Clerk’s Office in the County Administration Building at 515 N. Washington, Liberal, Kansas 67901, until 3:00 p.m., April 9 th ,2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud.  The envelope should be plainly marked as R&B Motor Grader.  Bids will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on April 21 st ,2025. The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and the right to waive any or all irregularities therein.
