NOTICE OF VIEWING AND FINAL HEARING FOR THE

PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF ANSTEATT ROAD

SITUATED WITHIN STONELICK TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of County Commissioners by Section 5553.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, will consider the proposed vacation of a portion of Ansteatt Road situated within Stonelick Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and situated in Nelson Military Survey Number 3825, in Stonelick Township, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the centerline of Anstaett Road, which is the dead end of Anstaett Road as described in the road vacation found in the Board of County Commissioners Resolution 16-78, Journal 113 page 290, also being located on the property identified as Clermont County Auditor parcel no. 30-29-11C-069. owned by Eastern Hills Rod and Gun Club; said point also being 0.79 miles from the centerline intersection of Anstaett Road and Titus Road; thence, N.78°15’12″W. 70.59′, and with the arc of a circle curving to the left having a radius of 400′ a distance of 74.41′ a chord of N.83°34’58″W. 74.30′.

The total length of the proposed vacation of the 30′ in width public right of way is 145.00′ or 0.027 miles.

The Board of Clermont County Commissioners will be on site to View the proposed vacation of a portion of Ansteatt Road situated within Stonelick Township on July 23, 2025, at or about  8:30 AM local time, with the Public Hearing held July 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM local time in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Clermont County, Ohio, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103-2960.
