Other Comments:Boulder County Parks & Open Space (BCPOS), Agricultural Resources Division, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease approximately 31 acres of the James Construction Agricultural Open Space property. This property has been used primarily for organic fruit and vegetable production in the past. There is a 5-acre buffer zone along the northern portion of the property that will be managed by the leaseholder for hay production. The leaseholder for this property will also serve as ditch rider for the Farmers Ditch.
