Description: Washington County generates 7,000 tons of brush and wood waste on an annual basis. Both from internal operations and collected from residents at drop-off sites. Additionally, the County is reviewing use of drop-off sites for small arborists and tree care companies. Washington County also generates approximately 1000 tons of leaves and grass annually at drop-off sites. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been prepared by Washington County to secure services for processing brush and wood waste to its highest possible end use.
