Project Description

EMPLOYEE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. The City of Maplewood is seeking proposals for employee mental health services and training for public safety personnel. Desired Services Include: Tier 1: Mental health check-ins (including new hire and separation), critical incident response (crisis briefs, defusings, debriefings), and mental health/wellness in-service trainings. Tier 2: All Tier 1 services plus a partially embedded clinician (~20 hrs/month) for scheduled/drop-in sessions, ride-alongs, and informal crew engagement. Tier 3: All Tier 1 services plus a fully embedded clinician (30–40 hrs/week). Optional Add-Ons: 24/7 critical incident response, crisis hotline, command staff consultation, proactive leadership engagement, and behavioral/organizational support.
