NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract TRASH CAN AND RECYCLING CAN
LINERS 26-051-FM on or before June 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be
obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must
be received prior to the date and time shown above.
Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm
receipt of its submission.
Bid openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.STATEMENT OF WORK
This bid is to furnish and deliver plastic trash can and recycling can liners at the County Campus located in Wheaton, Illinois.
