Description: The Town of Granby requests proposals from qualified contractors to provide two options for re-siding sections of the main barn at the Holcomb Farm, 115 Simsbury Road West Granby, CT. Bids will be accepted until 12 noon on August 21, 2026 in the Town Manager’s Office, 15 North Granby Road, Granby, CT 06035 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. No bids submitted after this time will be accepted. Any addenda will be posted on the Town’s website by August 14, 2026. All respondents are responsible for checking the website for the presence and content of all addenda.
