Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, April 2, 2026. Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically at no cost by registering for Bid Express through the following link: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/88473/home A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held:  Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST  Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST Location: Champion’s Park 24309 SW 30th Avenue Newberry, Florida 32669 Questions will be accepted through Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 2:00 PM EST. Bidders shall not contact employees of Owner regarding this RFP until after the Contract is awarded. For any technical issues, please contact Bid Express or City Purchasing Specialist. Bids will be opened and read aloud at a virtual Public Bid Opening on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Public Evaluation of the proposal will be held at City Hall, Large Conference Room at 5:00 pm ET, Thursday, April 2, 2026.
