Notes	The City of Nixa is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a new Police Department to be located at 305 N. Leeann Dr., Nixa, MO. Bids shall be submitted on the City’s IonWave site on or before 2:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday July 30, 2025. NO EMAILED OR FAXED bids will be accepted. There will not be a public opening of the bids. There will be one (1) General Construction bid package associated with this bid. The scope for this project includes construction of a new 21,280 SF police department and associated site development. Prospective General Contractors and Subcontractors are encouraged to review current site conditions. The Owner may or may not elect to host an organized pre-bid meeting, date and time are TBD if the Owner elects to host this meeting. Bid documents and specifications may be obtained beginning June 26, 2025 and thereafter via IonWave. Questions regarding this project should be submitted via IonWave to the City. Clarifications requested by bidders must be submitted via IonWave not less than 10 business days prior to the receipt of bids. The reply will be in the form of an addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known bidders.
